I'm Rako — on Roblox you'll usually find me on shift at Washiez Car Wash. Off the clock, I build things like this site: I like clean interfaces, fast interactions, and details most people won't notice but everyone feels.
Why I Joined Washiez
I wanted a role where showing up consistently and treating people well actually mattered. Washiez gave me a place to prove that — one car, one shift, one customer at a time.
What Motivates Me
Getting a little better every shift. Not massive leaps — just showing up sharper than last time, handling customers smoother, and being someone the team can rely on.
My Current Role
I'm Head Operator at Washiez. It's a staff position, not a leadership title — I'm on the line doing the work, just trusted to do it well and help things run smoothly.
Where I'm Heading
My next goal is Shift Leader — the real step into leading a team, not just running my own line. Everything I'm doing now is building toward earning that.
